A graduate of the Indus Valley School of Art in Karachi, Mina Siddique has bought a new meaning to modern, contemporary art. In fact, sometimes her artistic expression borders on traditional tones, making the final product all the more beautiful with a play of paradoxes! She is truly unique as an artist and designer since she places no limits on the variety of mediums she uses for her expression and is equally daring when it comes to exploring and experimenting with new horizons for themes and ideas.

She is both a graphic designer and first and foremost an artist whose chosen art tool is starting each piece with the dark stark sweeps of black and white pen and ink. As the work develops she adds color and dimension with fearless skill, her palette is deep, rich, and dramatic. Her canvases are filled with movement and intricate detail, whether they are portraits or the grace of the swirling dervish caught in a tempo of Sufi splendor. The result is nothing short of mesmerizing!

Mina has recently taken her passion for art towards interior design, and in a concise time taken Dubai and Karachi by storm. Her blend of chic elegance in design is proving to be an irresistible combination. Avant-garde lamps with strong statement themes, cushions in leather and silks with a medley of bright color tones, and structured profiles are so incredibly unique. No other designer has quite the same stylistic grace and natural talent for creating a home collection that complements any style of décor.

However, Mina like any true artist believes in working within new dimensions and has also launched a hugely successful silk scarves line, and one-of-a-kind gorgeous capes that have sold out in record time. She is currently working on her ready-to-wear collection, as well as a line of designer handbags made to the highest quality with hand-worked detail with a focus on her original design prints.
